The two Duba brothers, Donald E. Duba and Christopher J. Duba, proudly announced the formation of their new law firm– Duba & Duba, PLLC - on September 1, 2006. Prior to forming Duba & Duba, Don and Chris had provided very compatible legal services for a combined 25 years - mostly in the West Michigan area. Don had most recently been practicing with Flickinger, Plachta, Murphy & Duba, P.C. in Grand Rapids and Chris had been practicing with Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt & Howlett in Grand Rapids. Chris had also previously practiced for several years in Chicago with Chapman and Cutler before returning home to Grand Rapids (and Chris remains licensed to practice law in Illinois). Having grown up in Grand Rapids as members of the third generation of the “Duba’s Restaurant” family, practicing law together was a natural progression for Don and Chris’ similar legal practices. With such deep roots in the Grand Rapids community, Don and Chris can relate to and assist their clients with many of the local issues and challenges that they face on a daily basis with their businesses and families. With our growing team of six people at Duba & Duba, we pride ourselves on providing competent, efficient, and timely legal services on a personal level. In addition, with the manageable size of our firm, staff and related overhead, we also find that we can provide our services at a very fair and competitive rate.
