The firm's two principal attorneys, Donald E. Duba and Christopher J. Duba, have been proudly practicing together since 2006. Brothers Don and Chris grew up in Grand Rapids as members of the third generation of the "Duba's Restaurant" fine dining family, and establishing a legal practice dedicated to helping other business endeavors in the area was a natural progression for them. The extended Duba family enjoys deep roots in the Grand Rapids community, and Don and Chris can easily relate to and assist their clients with many of the local issues and challenges that they face on a daily basis with their business interests and family matters.

Prior to forming Duba & Duba, Don and Chris had provided very similar and compatible legal services for a combined 25 years - primarily in the West Michigan area. Don established his client base as a partner with Flickinger, Plachta, Murphy & Duba, P.C. in Grand Rapids. Chris practiced in the corporate, real estate, and banking areas for several years in Chicago with Chapman and Cutler before returning home to Michigan where he joined the Grand Rapids firm, Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt & Howlett before partnering with Don to form Duba & Duba, PLLC. Chris remains licensed to practice law in Illinois.
