Construction Law
We have extensive experience and expertise in enforcing construction lien matters within the requirements of the Michigan Construction Lien Act and the Michigan Home Owners Trust Fund Act. This knowledge and experience includes all aspects of construction lien drafting, enforcement, defenses, and bond claims. We also represent owner, builder, and contractor clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and we often represent owners, builders and lenders in connection with the closing of construction loans.
