At Duba & Duba, we can meet those estate planning and probate needs, as our attorneys have provided both simple and complex estate planning services for over 10 years. We routinely handle the documentation of powers of attorney, medical patient advocates, last wills, living trusts, marital deduction trusts, and irrevocable life insurance trusts.  We are also routinely engaged for the administration of a probate, guardianship or conservatorship estate.
