Brenda currently serves as Duba & Duba, PLLC's controller. Her responsibilities include processing daily cash receipts, accounts payable, and biweekly payroll. She also prepares monthly financial statements, annual budget information and weekly cash projections. Brenda manages fixed assets and provides account analysis for other clients. She has previously performed audit work for Ernst & Young and BDO Seidman.

Brenda is a former Treasurer for the Kentwood/Kelloggsville Division of Girl Scouts of America and former Treasurer for the Explorer Elementary Parent Teacher Council.
